Mrs. Ciecek is honored to serve as the Principal of Tustin Ranch Elementary and is grateful to be part of the incredible TRE community. Entering her second year as principal, she continues to be inspired by the dedication of the students, staff, and families who make Tustin Ranch such a special place to learn and grow.

Mrs. Ciecek has been a proud member of the Tustin Unified School District family for more than twenty years. Prior to joining TRE, she served as the Assistant Principal at Pioneer Middle School, as well as a Teacher on Special Assignment, Digital Learning Coach, and elementary classroom teacher within TUSD. Throughout her career in education, Mrs. Ciecek has remained committed to creating inclusive, supportive learning environments where every student feels known, valued, and empowered to achieve their fullest potential.

As an instructional leader, Mrs. Ciecek is passionate about fostering student-centered learning, building strong partnerships, and supporting teachers in their continued growth. She believes that schools thrive when students, families, and staff work together with a shared commitment to excellence, kindness, and belonging. She leads with heart, prioritizing meaningful relationships and creating a culture where every member of the TRE community feels connected and supported.

Mrs. Ciecek earned her Master’s degree in Teaching and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Chapman University. She looks forward to continuing to celebrate the accomplishments of Tustin Ranch Elementary’s students and partnering with families and staff to make every day a great day to be a Cool Coyote!
